Prism waved Emeryl to the next room right after breakfast.
"Do you think your parents would mind taking care of Leiko while we're in the mountains?" Prism asked.
"We're leaving her behind?" Emeryl replied curiously.
"Yes, she's too young to be going through all these places." Prism nodded.
"You said I was too young." Emeryl put a hand on his hip.
"You still are. But Leiko is too young even for a human. Besides, maybe she can learn better manners. She's pretty rough right now, not exactly a little lady." He explained.
"But if we could have a good influence on the drows, do you think they could have a bad influence on us?" Emeryl wondered.
"Impossible. There's only two, Leiko is too young and Blake... Well, we can handle him." Prism whispered, "We'll have to leave her here until we get back, then we'll pick her up again. Is that all right?"
"Ne, I guess it is... I'll go ask mom." Emeryl hesitantly answered. It was hard to argue with Prism, he thought things through the most and in the end was looking out for their best interest.
