"This is great food, Mrs. Tekutsu!" Eric announced with a full mouth and another handful ready.
"Eric! You're spitting your food everywhere!" Prism scolded him.
      "Sorry." He apologized, still chewing.
"Please, I'm just Porite." She smiled, laying another plate of shrimp and vegetables on the table. Her hair was almost Emeryl's length, reaching her lower back. Hori's eyes were a little brighter green than hers, but her hair was much darker than his or Emeryl's. She had a caring smile on her face at all times which resembled Emeryl's and a cheerful disposition.
"After all those dry rations this tastes even better than normal." Emeryl added, "Blake, why don't you have some?"
His emerald eyes inspected the unfamiliar yellow clad woman, "I'm not hungry..."
"But it's good." Emeryl unconsciously taunted him with a plate.
"How do I know it's not poisoned?" he narrowed his eyes to a slit.
"Blake! These are my parents!" Emeryl exclaimed.
"Leiko's eating." Eric pointed to the sauce covered girl.
      "She's ignorant." He answered.
"Blake, that's very rude." Prism scolded.
"I'm leaving." He pushed his chair back, strolling out the front door. They stared at the blue and green stained glass windows around the door as his shadow disappeared.
"I'll go get him." Prism sighed.
"No, I'll go." Bentora knocked over her chair and jogged out without picking it up.
"Sorry about that, Mrs. Tekutsu." Prism apologized.
"It's alright. You can always tell when someone's been abused." She nodded.
      "Abused?" Leiko blinked.
"We'll be heading to the mountains tomorrow to find Afina." Prism switched subjects.
"Oh, make yourselves comfortable. Our home is your home." She answered.
The door creaked open again. First Blake stepped in, then Bentora. Quietly Blake strutted through the kitchen, wiping his hand across his lip.
They glanced Bentora's way when he left.
      "No comment." She firmly answered.
