"Ow!" Kern shoved Remus.
"Hey!" Remus mumbled in his pillow.
      "You kicked me!" Kern growled.
      "I did not!" Remus answered.
"You did! You kicked me in the shin." He shoved Remus again.
      "Quit it!" Remus cried.
From his side of the bed Kern stole Remus' hat and started beating Remus with it.
"Hey!" Remus covered his head, "Did anyone ever tell you you're very territorial?"
"Don't touch my side of the bed!" Kern warned him.
"Oh, but I love you so much snuggle bunny!" Remus made kissing sounds at him, "Schnookums! Muffin!"
Holding his stomach Kern shoved Remus away, "You're mentally disturbed!"
Laughing, Remus pulled the covers to his side of the bed and snuggled up.
"How about this, you get the covers and sleep on the floor?" Kern offered.
Remus rolled next to Kern and batted his eyes, "But then I'll miss you so much you hunka hunka burning love!"
"Are you drunk?" Kern placed his hand over Remus' face, pushing him back.
"Only a few drinks." He giggled.
"You're not even legal! Stop touching me!" Kern growled. Fed up he yanked on the covers and threw both the bed sheets and Remus off the bed.
"Stay!" Kern yelled. As Remus moved to get up his cap smacked him across the head.
"Fine!" Remus huffed, rolling up in his acquired sheets, "Be that way, I'll tell Lirit you have a crush on her."
Caught off guard, Kern went on the defensive, "I do not!"
"You do too!" Remus imitated Kern's very slight 'proper' etiquette.
"You're just a man who can't handle a few drinks. I'm not going to listen to your banter." Kern snarled.
"All right then. Banter banter banter banter banter..." Remus began.
"Will you shut up?" another object flew towards Remus. The pillow hit him square on the head and bounced away.
"There once was a man named Bink, who loved to sing over the brink, but when the night came to an end and all his money'd been spent he realized his ocean was really his drink." Remus began singing tunefully.
"You are..." Kern murmured, stopping mid-sentence and rolling over. There was no point in arguing with him, he'd just have to ignore him and wait for him to fall asleep.
